Payment Policy

Payment Confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation for prepaid orders.
  • If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be confirmed until the payment is successfully completed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for eligible locations and selected products.
  • Raas & Co. reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders, products, or pin codes without prior notice.

Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Applicable GST and other taxes are included unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Secure Payments

All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateway providers. Raas & Co. does not store your complete credit card, debit card, or banking information on its servers.

Failed or Pending Transactions

  • If an amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the payment is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within their standard processing time.
  • If the issue is not resolved within 7 business days, please contact your bank first and then contact support@raasandco.in for further assistance.
  • For payment verification or billing-related assistance, you may contact accounts@raasandco.in.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund processing times generally range from 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or another approved payment method after verification.

Fraud Prevention

Raas & Co. reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or misuse. Additional verification may be requested before processing such orders.
